for MENTAL HEALTH

As one of eight pilot sites for the Elimination of Barriers Initiative (click here to learn more about EBI), Wisconsin conducts activities in order to educate about and reduce the stigma associated with mental illnesses.  The links above can give you basic information about ongoing campaigns being conducted by members of the WUMH Steering Committee.  WUMH  has also conducted  presentations and teleconferences on stigma.  You can view a PowerPoint from one such event here.
