  • Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation trains nurses to go into Wisconsin communities and educate women about health issues including healthy relationships, mental health, and the healthy aging brain

Honest, Open, Proud (HOP)

HOP is a multi-session, 6 hours group-program facilitated by pairs of trained leaders with lived experiences.  Topics covered in the program include:
1. Considering the Pros and Cons of Disclosing.
2. Learning different, relatively safe ways, to disclose.
3. Writihng and telling your story.
